A pizza you will never forget?

Ecco la “VURRIA” in tutto il suo splendore

Ingredients
Topping:125 gr Buffalo Buffalo, 60gr yellow tomato from Vesuvius, 60 gr Vesuvius red tomato, Emulsion of basil and extra virgin olive oil, finishing with fresh basil.
Preparation:
Roll out the circular dough disk of about 270 g with your hands Fill with a sliced buffalo mozzarella Put the yellow and red tomatoes, bake in the oven at a temperature above 450 degrees. The pizza needs about 90 seconds to cook.
